A very important part I left out was that I struggled with alcohol for a time as well. I decided to join the bandwagon of everyone around me and start drinking. There was one day that I had a lot of anxiety and I said out loud I just need a drink to make it all better. Once I said that I realized that I needed to stop because it was starting to be something that I was reliant on.
This video explains my opinion of alcohol consumption, what it does to you, how to break free from its bondage, and why its so difficult to.

Hi Rachael! I enjoyed your video, I find it hard to find sober friends as well. I think these non-sober people pop up in our lives and we are drawn to them because they're familiar. It's a bit frustrating that even when you heal yourself, you can't heal others or get them to even try. I recently came into my feminine energy and I realized it because I use to hate the color pink and then really questioned why all of a sudden pink was my favorite color 😂 I also made new girl friends but they're not sober so that's where I struggle in my friendships and relationship, (my boyfriends a smoker and drinker)

I can totally relate! There’s definitely a delay process in healing yourself and then transforming your outer reality to match your inner reality. So be encouraged sister! It just takes hope patience and continual work on yourself and you will start seeing your reality change. Hold that confidence that your dream friendships will manifest. When you do, you’ll see them sooner than you know. I believe that my husband‘s transformation is no coincidence based upon the timing of my inner work

Hey Rachel! You video just randomly popped up in my feed on KZbin. I just relapsed on drugs again after being sober for 217 days. I am feeling so down. I don't know why I am letting you know this but I think at least someone should know.

Good for you for putting it out there! I know thats hard to do. Look up narconon. My husband went there and hes been drug free for 5 years. Its an amazing place!! I pray you get sober. Great job being sober for 217 days! That’s a huge accomplishment! You really have to get it out of your system completely (sauna) and do inner work in order to not relapse.

No you wouldn’t. If women were enough reason to get sober there would be more people sober than not. It comes down to how motivated you are for yourself and for your fulfillment in life

@@cqbed good for you! I get it but not buying it. The real reason “men” drink is because they have pain that they believe is not socially acceptable to fully feel and therefore no healing takes place hence the numbing agent
