Breaking In The Massimo MB200S Mini Bike

Hey guys FatBuddyCat here! just taking a few laps around the woods to get things warmed up before my first oil change. It's been a little over a week and the chain hasn't fallen off yet. This bike has almost earned its second round of modifications. Currently it has slightly longer shocks, a torque converter, 54t sprocket and a bone stock Predator 224 with an upgraded throttle linkage.

Even for stock she likes to come up in the front. Once you're riding this bike you'll find you can hug the tank pretty good with your knees. I don't like putting my foot out but there are some slippery spots that the Coleman tires don't agree with so much. I'll do a video with the BT200X jackshaft bike next, way rougher ride but it sounds a lot cooler!

@@samsgarage1716 I just cut the stumps back a few weeks ago. Root city back there. A skid steer or small excavator would be prime time.

I'm gonna add a jump to the back straight. There's a rough part that really beats the bag when you go over it on the BT200X, I swear a single leap will fix it all! 😆

Yes sir! This thing is a hoot. I didn't expect to like the stock engine so much. I'm using a governed throttle linkage and it completely changes the feel.

Does this bike still have the stock drum brake?

@@fatbuddycatonly the best! Sure disc is nice but it’s not as reliable as a good ol’ mechanical brake.

@ElijahLeFever I love the drum brakes. In all my building, I've found a mild build is all you need to have fun. When you start getting to the point that you actually need more than you are likely pushing other aspects of the bike past their limitations. My ideal setup would include a rear drum and a front disc.
