Oh look how far you’ve come. And it’s a testament to how strong you are for pushing through the fear or uncertainties that you had about going there but you did it anyways you are a strong woman. And wow, thank you so much for this video and how you set it up describing the animals in a little a tips about them, I loved it. So you brought to us a real treat showing this and all the animals, that’s exactly what it was, a real treat. I had a girlfriend, 2 sisters actually and the youngest was in my grade. 9th grade, freshman., that had moved from Australia to Portland Oregon. I was the one picked to show the younger one around. I became very close friends with both for many years. They even attended my wedding. And thank you to JJ for asking you out, making you feel at ease and comfortable. That is indeed a true friend. I am so proud of you for taking control of your life I am 73 and just starting, I'm 280 so not as much to lose as you but we all have a journey. My highest weight was 365 back in 2014. Been bouncing around with weight all my life. I will try to be full carnivore for 3 months to see how I do. Not over expecting at my age Keep up the good work God bless

Hi Grace! Than you for following. I keep it simple, BBB&E and sometimes salmon. I don't do dairy, I don't snack, just eat 1 or 2 meals a day (when hungry). I attribute much of my success to Community. Steak & Butter Gang is a wonderful support network that help keep me motivated and inspired. Lindy - CONGRATS. on your GREAT success! A question from the past pics you show, it says between December 2021 and April 2022 you went from 771 lbs. to 403 lbs. That's 368 lbs. IN JUST 5 MONTHS! How is that possible? That is 74 lbs. per month! Please explain?
