I can't imagine it's easy to replace an OC mid-season. Elevating Ulbrich is easy. The only choice on our offensive coaching staff is TE coach Ron Middleton. You can't just switch to an entirely different scheme mid-season.

Aaron Rodger’s should be the one getting fired. He also had McCarty fired from Green Bay and that proved Rodger’s was the problem he did no better with other coaches. He is washed up and has been for years now. You can bring in the best coach in the league and Rodger’s would still lose, that’s what losers do.

@@FlaviusFranco I doubt Hackett is calling plays that say Simpson or AVT should allow their guy a free rush at Aaron. Maybe Aaron needs to spend less time looking at the DBs and more time making sure every blocking assignment is covered. Tippman is still young. AVT may not have a good season after coming off 2 consecutive season ending injuries. He had the same type of injury as Rodgers, only 5 games into the season. It may not be until next year that we see the old AVT, and if so, then I am really worried about our depth at Guard.
