Matt, I started working on stopping the sway about two months before you started releasing your videos with the professional. I love watching your older content for relaxation, but this one almost made me sick! Your swing in this video reminds me SO MUCH of my swing during the sway days. Almost like we're THROWING our entire bodies at the ball rather than making a golf swing. Thanks so much for the content and the reminders of what not to go back to. Had a putt at 79 my last round out, settled for 80, my second best round ever.

Matt, another great video. You and your crew of regular Playas are helping me get through a time of golf withdrawal. My Florida golf trip has been canceled. All my local courses in Nova Scotia, Canada, are closed. So as a coping mechanism, I have gone back to your first posted video and have been binge watching them for the last 2 days. Please keep the videos coming! :-D

Shot my best round (5-over 77) when I ended up getting paired with a Dad taking his two young girls (11 & 12 year-old who were striping it I might add!) out to walk the course before one of their junior league-tournaments. Their tempo, pace, and even how these young-women carry themselves is so impressive, and I think many guys can learn so much from the swing tempo/pureness that most women have...much more control. I usually play like dogsh** when I am with my friends, and I think I realized that I am guilty of trying to "bomb it for the bros." Keep the content flowing Matt!

Thanks for keeping the content coming. Everything is shutdown including the driving range and golf course. In my last lesson before the shutdown I asked to learn about swing tempo. I was told that the first thing I need to practice is keeping the length of my backswing the same every time. I’m going mad having to stay home but have some drills to work on and my putting mat. I hope everyone is doing ok and staying healthy. Look after your families ⛳️🏌️♂️👍🏻💪🏻😉

This is the perfect antidote to the bomb and gouge approach which appeared in the mens game with the arrival of Tiger. This lady's rhythm and tempo is what we should be copying and not trying to out-drive Rory off every tee. Great video many thanks.

And some of these women bomb it also. Played 2 rounds with UC Berkley women golf team member, a Korean woman nearly 6 feet tall. Great gal. I never outdrove her, and she only missing the fairway twice in 2 rounds, and barely at that. 270, 280, even a couple 300 drives, of course we're playing blues. 2nd round I really bore down and carded a 39 on the front 9, feeling pretty good. She smoked me by 5 shots. Happy for her, LPGA candidate for sure.

I watched multiple pro gals shoot upper 60s at the US Open in 2017 driving the ball no further than 250-260 total on a insane 6700 yard lay out. Almost never missed a fairway, almost never missed greens and if they did, they probably got up and down 75% of the time.

Anyone else notice how her right foot tends to almost stay "stuck" on her shorter iron shots? Is that intentional? It looks like she's trying to make a more intentional "kick" toward the ball, rather than really opening toward the target.

Matt hits great drives until the psychologically and physically longer par-5 hole 14 causes him to over-hit the ball OB left. Good discussion follows. We’ve all been there for sure. As he says, 3 7-irons and you’re on or near the green. On the other hand, one OB drive and you’re starting at 4 from the fairway with 250+ to go.
