@@mizzury54 I really don’t find the “B Girl/B Boy” style very impressive or entertaining, but most of the other styles are awesome, and take serious training and athletic ability. She holds a PhD is breaking dancing 😳 wow this is embarrassing and an insult to HipHop. I don’t care what she holds and say she can’t break dance. Break dancing tells a story just like any other form of dancing, it’s known for representing your crew, your block and it was used in place of fighting to diss the competitor and gain street credibility. She was making excuses as to why she was soooo bad. She ruined a spot for someone who would’ve taken it seriously and respect to represent their country just like back in the 1980’s when they break danced to represent their neighborhood.

People should stop referring to break dancers as B Boys and B girls. That is as wrong as the fool Raygun doing her "break dancing" routine. In the '70s and '80s B boys and Fly Girls were us young teenagers who loved and was immersed in the hip hop culture ie rap music, magazine articles, fashion, swag, and dance etc . Break dancers were a wonderful part of hip hop culture however they were called Break Dancers NOT B-boys. A break dancer could be a B Boy but a B boy if he couldn't break dance was not called a break dancer. Famous Run Dmc lyric: "STANDING on the corner in B Boy STANCE, rock on the mic make the girls wanna dance." Break dancing promoters and writer should get it right.

The fact that dancing is now an Olympics sport is ridicules, it might have athletic moves but it’s an art form not a sport.

The most innovative artists are always mired in controversy when they take an art form to a new place. Notice how everyone is talking about these moves. Now that breakdancing is at the olympics, breakers just have to accept that cheesy white people are going to put own creative their own spin on the culture. Evolution involves adaptations, not all will be beneficial, like the waddles on a goat, or wisdom teeth, but I believe that people will be doing the Kangaroo for years to come.

Well, I finally got to see it. I think it’s more of an artsy thing but it’s not actual real breakdancing. She’s trying to push some art kangaroo stuff in there. It will never go anywhere.
