I have no problem with Jared Leto coming back as Morbius, I don't think he was the problem as much was the story, and whet he was given to work with. The merger I thing is tremendously exciting as it opens a world of possibilities

Putting Spiderman in the MCU without all his supporting characters was kind of dumb in the first place. I mean, making a Venom movie with no connection to Spiderman cut the potential audience by half. Also, Spider-Woman and Black Cat should have been supporting characters in a Spiderman film too. Sony has produced 8 live-action Spiderman films and never even gave Spider-Woman or Black Cat a cameo? That's a serious disappointment in my opinion. Except for the mega-flop Madame Web, where they tried to shoehorn in 3 different Spider-women and none of them even had powers in the film. That's almost as bad as Fantastic Four Rise of the Silver Surfer, when they teased the coming of Galactus through the entire film and at the end we didn't even get to see him. Now, if Sony was smart, they would only include one version of Spider-woman in the movie canon (either Jessica Drew or Julia Carpenter).

Well, to be clear, Morbious was never one of the Sinister Six, so... Let's run em' down... 1.) Dr. Octopus 2.) Mysteirio 3.) Rhino 4.) Kraven 5.) Scorpion 6.) Vulture ... There's all of them the one we haven't seen in real action is Scorpion who was my favorite in the comics.

I'm a big fan of Hardy's Venom, it'd be amazing to actually see him in the damn mcu for more than little 5 minute clips. It's a whole new one, lacking almost any ties to the comics. I really wish Sony would make it's own spider man movies, focus on comic accurate Spiderman, while allowing mcu to use Tom as Spiderman, they can bank off both at the sametime..

Honestly the story lines that I've absolutely LOVED have been the last season on the 90's Spiderman cartoon about the Gov trying to replicate Caps super soldier serum and made 6-8 heros that could use there powers for a limited amount of time. Great way to bring Cap back into the MCU. Also I have just finished the PS4 Spiderman game and WHAT A STORY!!!! great way for the sinister 6 to come in along with miles! But actually making films based off of the 90s Spiderman TV show would be EPIC and a great way to add our beloved characters back in the MCU Ironman/Cap etc......bc in all honesty EVERYTHING marvel is/has tone tied to Spidey!

Without watching your video, i would say secret wars play a huge part in this. MCU and Sony can create a new timeline with fresh new actors for xmen, Avengers, FF, and all the spidey characters. This also allows current timlines in the MCU to jump back and forth or even join this new timeline. That's my hot take.

This is actually awesome and kind of makes a lot of sense. There’s no way Sony believes that all those projects that they’ve been dropping have been good, but after seeing the criticisms that Warner Brothers got for canceling the movie or whatever it was, they probably just said screw it. So maybe time to let Miles Morales exist. To let Andrew Garfield become Ben Riley. To let Toby McGuire have a daughter with Kirsten Dunst, who is May Parker, and Toby be hurt and guiding her. And they can still have Tom Holland be the main Spider-Man, you can even have me, be a mutant and be an extra character in the X-Men because she technically would have an extreme or a mutant gene as opposed to the recombinant DNA of Spider-Man

We need a spider-man vs venom rematch! Just finished sm3 of my spider-man marathon. This merger is great news! And i believe miles morales should get his own live action movie but i think he would have to step into a portal from beyond the spider-verse and he would be animated..but im sure we all want a live action miles preferably!
