He was forced to put up the money before filing an appeal in both matters. As to the person who said that the supreme court will overturn this ruling, this is a state matter and we will have to see. I think that the supreme court will rule that he was found to have raped her AND defamed her on both cases. As, AGAIN, the issue that these cases pertain to things he did BEFORE he was even in office.

He shouldn't be eligible for office, anyways. A Colorado court found that he was an insurrectionist & then the state supreme court agreed. When it got to the SCOTUS, they never overturned that ruling. All they did was make up a new Constitutional rule that said Congress had to vote to remove him from the ballots, which is completely backwards. The Constitution says that Congress has to vote to *REMOVE* the disqualification, not to impose it. We have a Supreme Court that basically made up their own Constitutional amendment. If they had interpreted something in the Constitution in a way that led to that conclusion, that would be one thing... But there's no way to get that interpretation out of what it says. They're just making up new rules for trump as they go along & it's absolutely infuriating.
