As a breastroker who also plays a lot of soccer throughout the day, my legs are constantly feeling tight and fatigued. This is so so so helpful. thx so much man!

Same here man, soccer actually helps in strong dorsiflexion too which gets lax if you only swim and do no dryland workout. Way to go champ!

Your videos have helped my strength and endurance so much! Also for a video idea I think it would be cool if you did like a stretch for swimmers, not stroke specific or not for before or after swimming but just stretches that target the parts of your body you use when swimming.

@@pmikeymike Absolutely, although it seems like the audience of the channel is concerned primarily with swimmer related workouts. At least those are the workouts seeing the most traffic/interaction. Is there any specific gym/weight training that you would like to see?

@@TheApolloAthletic Yeah, I totally understand, and wouldn't want to take you away from what your primary audience is looking for. But if you ever do I would think making just some traditional bodybuilding. Maybe a chest or back workout, anything really. But seriously, don't go outta your way. Maybe ask in your next vid if others might like to see also, but if not it's ok. Keep up the great work man, still gonna watch for sure!!

You have an easy extra 15lbs in your deadlift. Keep your head in line with your spine during your initial pull. AKA don't crank it up and pinch the nerves in the back of your neck. Imagine someone put a staff through your lifting belt that runs up along your spine and also passes through a head-band that you'd be wearing.

@@TheApolloAthletic thank you for the advice! I just need more weight now. I only have access to 305, so I've just been repping that now, but I can't complain. It's probably not good to go too heavy as a swimmer anyways. I'll be getting some more 45lb plates soon tho
