This is environmental film-making at its best. It's short - the imagery is exquisite - it has 'conscious' sound - and it has a message. I heard it - I felt it - I got it! Thank you.

we here in Australia have just had wide spread flooding along the whole east coast from Queensland to Tasmania. This "East Coast low" has coincided with, from reports, the biggest tides of the year so far.... we are led to believe that the moon controls the tides, and at full moon the tides are at their highest and lowest, which does happen. But we are now in the first quarter of the new moon, yet we have these extreme tides. why is this so?

The earth as a whole lives and breathes. Man has sped up the rate of destructive powers that now threaten our planet. It is up to everyone to begin to care about her. The indians lived in harmony with mother nature, at one time. We all can take an example of those who are respecting our mother earth, by not upsetting the delicate and complicated balance of life she still holds. -Peace

i think they call it time lapse. u set up a camera, have it run for probably 12 hours (period of the tide) and then fast forward it. the lighting is probably the most difficult issue with it. u should watch the BBC Planet Earth documentation. It got beautiful pictures and amazing time lapses in it as well.

Is a very wise axiom. Sad but true, in my country (Venezuela) the President is always talking about Socialism will change our lives and Capitalism was robbing us and impoverish, but they are only empty words, so many good ideas but no action, and so with the climate and environment too he hasn't even done anything about it.

Respect this Earth!! seriously living off this land and the buffalo do you really blame us for running a few off a cliff... do you have any idea of what its like to risk your life running along side them! So your loved ones could live and breathe for another day... Now we getting choked up can hardly breathe anymore Oil does that... Oil is Death Actually, But Humanity Loves that stuff can't get enough, so willing to destroy the planet not just a few buffalo to get what we want...

that is a stupid thing to say. Of course CO2 is naturally occurring. Doesn't mean too much of it wouldn't be toxic. You are aware that uranium is also natural? How about arsenic? Sulfuric acid? I suppose since those things are natural they're perfectly safe. You sound like Michelle Bachmann, and no that's not a compliment.
