( i apologize for my English) What a guy, what an energy i frikin love this dude. I started following him for few days and i was complaning in other videos that he has hard starting yoga, but actually i am a lazy person and always finding problems in others but not in me.. but this time i didn't give up because i love the energy from this guy, its like universe send me this so i can work on myself. After few days i already see insane results. Thank you sir for this ❤

Been doing this practice for about a month now since I got back into skateboarding and I can say I’ve never felt so limber and healthy. Doing this practice everyday not only has me feeling physically more capable but mentally as well. Love the practices keep up the great work☮️🖤

Wow, I tried this video at the end of a long work day.. my lower back was so tight and was feeling slight to moderate lower back pain while sitting. I'm 46 years of age, and I just want to feel better. So I was amazed that this was short and quick. Thank you so much.. I look forward to working with you via KZbin videos more often.

After working in a small hotel in Austria , running up and down with kilos of bedclothes, bedding , just hard work, than at home, after shower, ate a lot, felt old and tired, found your video Did this short exercises, sooo good😊 Must say I ˋ m getting 67 in September

Thank you for this practice, much love and gratitude to you aswell, I'm a women in her early 50's going through the menopause, which is where we find our body changes shape even though we may be doing anything different, I weigh the same but have an added tyre around my waist...I have been doing yoga now for 4 years which has helped me a lot when getting out of bed in the morning as I always used to feel I needed to stretch when I got up, but doing Yoga helps me feel more supple, greetings from Cheshire, England

I went through some stressful situations last year + extreme diet and started getting super “toned” and “slim”. I thought I was doing great and turned out I was loosing muscle and many other bad things. I’m so much better now and still on a journey 🫶🏼 I quit alcohol and started living an amazing life. I even started this yt channel to help people change their relationship with alcohol and without paying attention to my health, this wouldn’t have happened. Amazing interview! ❤
