Im a girl and I love this video because I actually feel the stretches! Sometimes I feel like the vids for women are too focused on looking good while stretching and they only do easy stuff lol

Nice to see more men getting into yoga but I much prefer a more traditional flow with more variation, asanas, etc and maybe something more intermediate to advanced. I think more breathing and placement cues would also help, especially in this beginner type flow. Also, nothing wrong with leaning into the spiritual aspects of yoga, with some affirmations or emphasizing self love and gratitude. Men need this too, maybe even more than today’s women.

I greatly appreciate your videos and time you give. I’ve been doing yoga with u daily for 4 years. I started with Sean and that’s what has kept me going. Through enjoyable summer days to the tough winter days this has been so much help and benefit to my life and not even just the workouts but the personality that u bring to the videos as well! I did that one just for the pigeon at the end. Love it!! The more I weight train the tighter everything gets....exercise is like a curse and a blessing. I wish I could find a happy medium. I don't have time to stretch for hours each day but I feel like thats what my body needs. Either way doing your videos continues to keep me injury free which I really appreciate! Thanks Sean!

Good luck on that house on the lake. Yoga in the back yard with the woods behind me in my apartment was pretty nice this morning. And the landlord just cut the grass. Awfully nice of him!

I reccomend yoga with tim or yoga with Flo both men move much slower.
