Glad you're better but people need to stop saying namaste all the time, especially after a workout that's a western thing that's just ignorance. Namaste is a greeting, nothing more, nothing less.

This is the second video of yours that I’ve watched, both have been great. As an absolute beginner, and someone who’s had to recover from a back injury, I found your videos very approachable. I have been sick and stagnant on and off for the last month and this is the perfect way to get movement back into the body again. I find I am too critical on myself with yoga vids sometimes if i have limited movement/energy, just a personal mind trap, but this was perfect, thank you! 💛

Buongiorno Flow, non ho mai fatto e visto niente di più bello per il corpo, la mente ed il cuore.. Le parole che usi sono molto comprensibili anche chi non parla fluentemente l'inglese.. wings..elefant.. dog.. golf.. onde.. Riesci a trasmettere la semplicità nell'imitare posture e camminate naturali di animali. Mi sento veramente bene dopo averti seguito ed eseguito gli esercizi durante questi minuti perchè mi sono sentita in contatto con la mia natura. Ti ringrazio molto !! Saluti dalla Liguria (Italia) 🙏

Thank you for providing this quick little video. Due to heart issues, I became very inactive & sluggish. Last week, it was this video that got me started on my yoga/exercise routine. 1 full week later, I am no longer pausing the video to catch up. I feel so much better. I have now started low impact aerobics afterwards, and I will be starting your night time stretch as well. Thank you

Just did this for the first time and shoulders feel so much better. Have not been able to keep up with my weekly yoga routines as I've had some chronic illness flareups and fatigue has been plaguing me for months. It's easier to do this short routine when I can't commit to my regular 60 min yoga classes yet but still want to keep active for when I can. Thank you.

My first time! I haven't been moving or stretching for almost 2 weeks and felt tension building in my body but little motivation to move - my mood was affected poorly. Woke up today just seeking 10minutes of SOME movement and this was perfect, I heard my body creak and stretch but I'm so thankful. Your voice is encouraging and calming too and it really helped me

Did this routine yesterday for first time. I’m 61 and fit strong and slim but get a lot of muscle stiffness especially on waking. Immediately found the down dogs released my lower back. I modified some of the poses and did this again this morning. Thank you. 10 minutes is about right to get body going before going down to breakfast! I have subscribed 🙏🏻

I did this to wind down. I will definitely do this in the morning as well. Feel energized yet relaxed (grounded) at the same time - I hope that makes sense. This calmed down my very hectic Friday. Thank you! 🙏

I've been struggling with an injury in my left leg. I do very slow and short exercises. this is a wonderful combination and I already feel a relief cuz it hits me in the mornings. thank you. ill keep doing it

Thank you Flo, this short mobility routine helped me to connect to my breath this morning. Even though I just took these few minutes it helped me to set myself up - I will definitely pass by more often for the holisitc mobility movements - great add to the yoga practice. The best reminder for me you gave in this video: every day is different!! or: sensation first - aesthetics are secondary (this is easy to forget practicing a lot of youtube yoga) - lots of love to you and Bre❣

Thank you for that great morning routine. It is gentle to the body and yet has a spice of a power element. Downward dog, squats, ham strings, chatarangah, all the essentials. Feels good to the mind. Keep up sharing the message how to treat your body.

Your voice and accent are very soothing as well as your smooth tempo. I go to be early and have been waking on my own early. Before I open my eyes, I do ten deep breaths. Not always easy as the mind wants to start. Then I think of things I am grateful for. I then take my time dressing and usually add lotion to the bottom of my feet and massage them. I am on my feet on a concrete floor all day. Now I will add these wake up stretches. What a lovely way to start the day. Oh, and I am sipping warm water. Now for my one cup of coffee. Thank you!

Wonderful morning routine. I feel warm but sweaty. I appreciate your consideration in every word. I have been searching for a routine to do daily to increase mobility and this was dynamic and woke my body up beautifully.
