Alana, straight up. Ripcurl made a huge mistake when they walked away from their contract with you. What were they thinking? You are the perfect woman to represent their brand. Super stoked for you and yours. You have proven that a female woman ( let’s not forget Bethany ) professional surfer can have a family and a successful career as well.

Alana, thank you for your service to making this world a better place. I’m 3 months PP and today thought to myself “i don’t have to give this pain power over my body” and asked the universe for a solution. I then came across your video. thank you sea goddess 💙💙💙

I recommend your past two videos about this to everyone! I'm so glad you shared this, I've been doing it for about 3 years now and at 35 after having a kid, I've never felt better about how I look or my physical health, love you girl! 🤗

Can you put the links of those videos here she has loads of videos in two channels and can't find them
So happy to have this introduction into this practice. I am finding myself doing it while waiting for things and doing mundane tasks. Excited to see how I can strengthen. Thank you both!

I’m so excited you posted this. Been doing your last two videos all the time. Thank you so much. Absolutely love hypropressives now. Do you do any other TVA exercises?

Thanks for sharing this - When you first started hypopressives, did your back ever get sore during and after? I’m having lower back spasms but they don’t “come and go,” they’re more consistent. Trying this routine was a bit painful during and then I felt sore the next day.

Hi Alana, I've been doing this breathing tutorial for the past few weeks. Really great workout! I was diagnosed with a double hernia a few months ago & am really trying to heal it without surgery! I'm also having some hip pain. Am wondering if this breathing tutorial is good for hernia & hip pain? I've seen other people recommending the ab vacuums as a good hernia exercise. Just wondering what your thought are on this? Thanks again for a wonderful video!

Hi! I have a question. What is the point of the different arm movements or different body positions when doing the apnea...as opposed to just staying in the same position and not doing arm movements. I'm sure there is a good reason, It just helps me when trying something new for my health when I know the why.

I would imagine it works different muscles which help in losing weight and inches eventually. Just like some people do different sets or types of scrunches

I can only hold apnea for maybe 2 seconds in these poses. Normal for a beginner? Still worth trying?
@morganthemindfulmom2 жыл бұрын
yes, so normal. you will be able to go longer with more practice!

Don’t know what “hypopressive” means but these look like stomach vacuums, which bodybuilders have been doing for years.

Shouldn't it be "back pain" in the title? I'm not a native speaker so I don't know if pack pain is a term 🙈😅 but in your first video on this topic it was called back pain
@charitycardinal80182 жыл бұрын
its probably just a typo
@mattmitchell6390 Жыл бұрын
Yeah, I was wondering about that too! I'm pretty sure she meant "back pain". Just a guess though.
