Glad I found your channel and this series albeit a bit late lol. Good luck with your MT82; I trashed mine @ around 510whp and 440tq on slicks. I'll be the first to admit I was not anything near nice to it though and mine came from an unknown previous owner with about 50k miles. Now Ive since forked over the coin for a 6060 Tremec and couldn't be happier.

Man you are moving on this build lol did u get the motor overnight delivered? The timing cover is very cheap but hey if you got a aluminum welder go for it. I would definitely do the opg and sprocket gear you might get away with it for a alittle while but it's like a ticking time bomb. Love the build though when you get done can you make a Parts guide with pricing for the total?

Tr-3650 or mt-82? ? My 09 3v c/s has the tr-3650 already. Heard alot of bad reviews on mt82. The gen2 17 motor im looking at already has mt82 bolted but was thinking of using the tr 3650 instead.. was wondering your thoughts since youve hade lots of experience with both🤷‍♂️

Hey I don’t know if you will see this comment, But I would like a list to set a goal and plan ahead to do a coyote swap on my v6 2005 mustang , if I need to start from buying the engine and transmission then the smaller parts I would like to have a overview of what I need to look at , it would really help me out

No you need way more. Fuel system, cooling, wiring, computer, the list goes on....

Man I dont get why people swap coyotes into older mustangs I mean if the whole swap costed like $6000 i get it But after all is said and done your're gonna be well over 15k You could just buy an 11-12 gt for the same or maybe less

Because they have an attachment to a car. Maybe an old car, maybe a 3V car, maybe a car they have a shit load of money in suspension, rear, interior, etc... and they dont want to buy a new car. My 2011 High Mile Coyote car was under 10K back in 2017 so absolutely you can get one for way less than a swap, but some people love the car they have and it is not a money thing. Thanks for reply man. So I guess your sayin stick with mt82 over 3v tr3650. When I gen 2 swap.. I seen videos cars running nice at track aluminum fly wheel & how's that fly wheel u recommend? & I was going to go with MGW shifter & a mantic clutch or what u used possibly.
