As an ou fan Clemson is now the only other school I ever root for seeing how much the Clemson fans love Venables! It’s all respect

Now I completely understand why he left OU in 2012 for "a change of scenery". Totally makes sense now. God bless him and I will pray for him and his family. Don't worry Clemson bros, we'll take care of him and love him as much as you have from an OU bro.

Never knew this side of Brent's life, but now i can totally understand the roots of his seemingly unlimited passion. Great story through and through, i feel as a believer and a sinner, God places people where they need to be. The timing does not always make sense to us but we are carrying out a bigger plan. So great to have you back Coach!!

WOW! Glad he will be impacting a bunch of young men at OU. As a 35 year football official - I've said for years that if all we teach is football to boys, we have wasted our time and efforts. He is living proof of the impact others had on him - and how he will pay that forward to so many others!!
