My mom died rather suddenly at the end of 2021 and it's been really hard on all of us. I miss her so much. She was the most perfect momma. I can't imagine how life is going to be without her. But she raised the 3 of us to be so close and we have been even closer since she left this place. Thank you for this song. I really needed to hear it today because I was really feeling sad. Your description, what you wrote, I really relate so much to that and I think so many others will too. Just wanted to drop another comment. My wife watch this on Sunday nights. As well as Sunday Drive. It's our time to pause and reflect on the week. My wife recently lost her sister to ALS 3 months ago. It hit hard, but also caused us to breathe and take life a little less seriously and to enjoy simpler things. Brett, your music is so inspiring. And I am glad you let us see you for you. I believe you're a simple man. I also feel your pain brother. These songs let us feel your pain......... I hope all is well and I want you to know we're praying for you. We know it cant be easy doing what you do. Anyway, just want you to know you're not alone. I think a lot of us want to disconnect with social media and just go back to a simpler time. Hugs my friend.

For me Holy water is a combination of things that help you get through the hard times and make you you. For me it’s faith , family friends”. My mom was beyond everything to me. My best friend, the one who supported me no matter what, the thirty calls a day to one another, my inspiration, my hero and the best mother that anyone could’ve hoped for. The death of your mother can not just leave a deep hole in your soul, but it creates a huge dent as well as it either separates your whole family or makes it become closer. My brother passed away from a terminal illness in 2019 😢. I had a quote put on his tombstone I found from Dr. Seuss one of his favourite authors "Remember me and smile for it's better to forget than to remember me and cry".
