Can I commit to just having a flow? Lol time is hard to come by these days, especially in the morning. My yoga time is at night before bed… but I commit to my DAILY flow! Now to go to one of your bedtime classes 🥰

I just finished the morning flow, I work nights right now. That's why I did it at 8 at night. I liked it a lot. Some stuff I couldn't do, just did something else. All in all I feel fantastic. Thank you Brett Larkin for all your wonderful videos. Take care. I commit to my morning flow.

Make sure you ALWAYS listen to your body! It is always okay to modify poses to be more comfortable and accessible 😊

She's so beautiful and considered to be socially acceptable, when it comes to the model's body type. I wish you would consider hiring someone that's apple shaped, pear shaped, curvy, even over weight. It's so discouraging to see Yoga videos like this. :( We don't all look like her. It makes things intimidating.
