This is a great example of humility and gratitude going a long way I’m just listening to this guy as I’m going to sleep and interested in the machine I currently have (infuser) and the machine I want (Bianca) Want more content on these together and separate! I will try to make more comparisons like this, but as you can see, I'm having a bit of a problem with the Infuser. I'm going to try to fix it. I think if I try brewing a darkly roasted coffee, I should be fine for now. If I find the parts, I will try to sort the issue. Sometimes as beginners we think we are doing things incorrectly cuz we have to redo shots so often. this makes me feel better. Knowing sometimes it’s just not that easy. I had the sage machine but switched the lelit Bianca and a df64 grinder have never looked back, Love the Bianca with the flow control, I enjoy your videos. Can you recommend a scales that will be my next purchase not sure what to buy,

Spot on about tik tok / instagratification generation, an under 20 year old here would be nothing short of a miracle. Had another strange coffee this weekend, it's a Brazil/Vietnam blend. Struggled to get the timing correct Slayer style and didn't quite manage; too fast then too slow then too fast again. Eventually, I figured it wasn't the timing that mattered, it was the grind size and roughly 1:3 ratio. At a certain setting on the grinder, the shots came out just right but at speeds varying from 38 seconds to a minute with no changes made to the grind settings. Weird as heck! 🤷‍♂ Thanks very much for another fantastic video. Have a great week!

Good evening Omniel: Our son is doing fine now and his family came to see us this weekend so I'm running late... Anyway, what do you mean about "confusing, incoherent, absurd" ??? I followed along rather easily!!! Maybe it's because I'm generally confused most all of the time 🙂 I will totally agree with you in that most 20 year old potential viewers would most likely quit watching your video rather quickly 🙂 FYI - I did some checking while listening to your comments today and I found a couple of different aftermarket sources where you should be able to purchase a pressure gauge and an over pressure valve for your old espresso machine. If you'd like for me to send you the links just let me know. I actually enjoyed today's offering... it proved to me that even you professionals mess up a shot every now and then!!! I have a Breville bambino plus. It was my very first machine. I use it now as back up whenever I service my E61. I will prob keep it until it doesn’t work anymore or a part malfunctions. These are appliance machines after all Ive already got my moneys worth out of it so it’s all gravy now.
