Fantastic video series showing the skill and effort that went into making it too. As a sour lover and home brewer, I wanted to ask how you fruit your Berliner Weisse to get that amazing blush colour? Every blueberry/raspberry sour home brew recipe seems to result in a hideous bright red/purple beer! Cheers 🍻
