We had a neighbor recently who would grind stones from five am until ten pm. Every day. And you can hear it in the neighborhood, and it would wake up the dead. He also burned his garbage behind his house. Which is illegal in our state. He also burned brush with an open flame next to dead brush. We threw a party when he left.

He also made a stone wall around his yard, and he also built a fence around his whole house about six feet tall when we called the town and complained since it was a residential street and it was illegal to have a business like that on that type of street. He got away with murder, but the cops gave up after he destroyed a part of the street to increase the size of his property and grew grass.
