Brian May would have to be the nicest, most unaffected person in Rock & Roll ever. I don't think I've ever heard him say a bad word about anyone & he always presents as a very sincere man. They say "don't meet your heroes because you'll be disappointed" but Brian is the only person that I don't think this would apply to. It has nothing to do with anyone's skill as an instrumentalist. He made Brian playing the Red Special sound different than it had before too. Same with John's bass. I love Mack's sound. He was the perfect producer for Queen at that point in their career.
