Even though Rio said she has a heart that’s black bc she’s Death I don’t think she can be the black heart plus I believe the writer stated Billy is the black heart. So I’m leaning towards Billy being the last trial as Rio was more of an honorary member.

@@briianasimone I’m just glad she went out like a good witch after calling herself a fraud and feeling guilt about being the only survivor of her previous coven and teacher. Then she goes and sacrifices herself for her new coven/sisters! What an arc. Even the way she was falling and looking frightened at the start, but looks serene when she falls at the end. Gosh!

This was such a good episode but I was so sad at the end because Lilia was my favorite witch. She sacrificed her life but gained her full self. I loved that it all looped back to her being a girl again and getting a lesson from her teacher. Like she said, time is not linear.

Rio will not have a trial. She will try to take William's body and Agatha will stop her. She is not in the coven and she never was. She isn't on the road like the rest of them. The original green witch comment was misleading. She is just lady death. Period.

I’m not sure why so many people have a hard time when William/Billy said that Wanda is not his mom, that he has a mom. Remember he doesn’t remember anything before the accident. He doesn’t remember being Billy. He spent the last three years with a loving family who cared for him. Of course, he would not think of Wanda as his mother, Wanda is abstract to him at this time.

Lilia even said "my coven," so she's just as possessive of her newfound coven. Hell, i call them my coven, too, lol. At Agatha's trial, i said i don't think she meant to harm Alice, and I believe her when she says she can be good. So i won't be shocked if she's finally able to control if she's able to receive someone's magic or not

Lol, yes!! But idk in episode 6 Billy told Eddie that something happens (mind reading) when someone he cares about has intense feelings. In the future, I'm sure he'll be able to control it and read everyone minds, but going by how the show explained it -he can read the minds of those he's closet too hence why i thought he loves/cares deeply about Lilia and then coven

It seems like he can read the mind of anyone who is particularly emotional at the moment. It may need to be emotional about Billy, it may not. I think after Wandavision we’ve only seen him reading the minds of people with strong emotions about him. He may also need to have some strong emotion towards them as well, but it doesn’t have to be affection; something like overwhelm could also work, as we see when the Kaplans are worrying. This may or may not be something he can grow beyond. But it’s interesting if the only thing preventing him from reading Agatha’s mind is just her control/masking of her emotions. There’s an opportunity for that to be paid off in upcoming episodes I think if we see her vulnerable.

I feel like this episode makes me even angrier about Alice's death in retrospect, because they clearly have the ability to write a meaningful, impactful death and they just killed Alice off so unceremoniously it's low-key disrespectful. Yes, she died being the protective, kind-hearted, awesome witch that she was, but it just didn't feel right. This death, though heart-breaking, feels earned.
