I have just made the bread, half of the recipe calls. This is the first time that I follow the recipe and succeed! The bread tastes wonderful. Now I have more confidence in making this bread. Thank you very much Brian.

吐司太好味了!我 跟著你的recipe 做出來的吐司太讚了。因為買不到奶粉,麵包味道淡了一點,但卻帶有一份米香。超級柔軟的口感,完全不能停下來,一次4大片。謝謝你的食譜。 ps. 因為少了奶粉部分,麵團較濕潤,最後在攪拌時多加了3大匙麵粉。

Hi, does the Utane dough have to be used straight out of the fridge or at room temperature? A little confused, cause sometimes I use it at room temperature, am I supposed to always use it cold? Thanks!

Thi Tran you can used it in cold no problem and it is very good way to do. Less sticky

请问糯米粉是glutinous rice flour吗?因为我google sweet white rice flour显示是粘米粉哦。 想要确认一下是哪一个,因为我这有卖这两种,不知道要选哪一个。谢谢 :)

@@anacc4423 是的,Brian老师的材料里是写糯米粉,可是旁边翻译却写sweet white rice flour。请问sweet white rice flour跟glutinous rice flour是一样的吗?因为我上网查询sweet white rice floor,显示是粘米粉。所以我有些混淆,就来跟老师确认一下。
