I love black sesame and this looks like great recipe to try. When making the tang zhong, can I use soymilk instead of water? If using black tahini (black sesame paste) instead of making it from scratch, how much would I use? Thanks.

Piece of art. Love this yummy and beautiful recipe. I made the wrong rolling for the first try but the bread is still tasty. Definitely have the second try
