If I have my own black sesame paste can I use that?? But mine is more runny
I love black sesame and this looks like great recipe to try. When making the tang zhong, can I use soymilk instead of water? If using black tahini (black sesame paste) instead of making it from scratch, how much would I use? Thanks.

Hi QiaoEr, can help advise why the black sesame paste become Dry & Powdery after baking? Or is it supposed to be like that? Bread is soft but when teared, black sesame paste fall off like powder.
