I’ve had 3 fractures…black ice and broke my wrist, twisted ankle on uneven driveway and spine…lifting 75lb dog from back seat of suv. I don’t recommend that one. Another great short routine. Thx

Great workout. Thank you. I fractured my humerus in 2021 & sadly it was a fragility fracture.

Really good workout today thank you, I have had a fracture in my spine,was diagnosed with osteoporosis 7 months ago,I get a lot of pain in my lower back and across my left hip.havent been given any exercise by my GP?

I'm so sorry that you have had a fracture and are still having pain. Please ask your doctor to send you to a Physical Therapist or if you have direct access and do not need a referral, go see your physical therapist to get safe guidance and help with the pain. Very important that you learn the best ways to move to protect your spine with every day activities, and how to gain the strength and balance you need to prevent future fractures. I was diagnosed on the culpse of osteopenia/osteoporosis (medically induced, T score 2.4, I think) on 1/3/2024 and enrolled in physical therapy on 1/17/2024...no fractures...I just watched this video and will add it on to a prior video of yours. I plan to practice them both tomorrow morning. Thanks for being so interactive, Dr. Lisa. I feel as if you are teaching in-person...so comforting!
