You explained the dead lift so clearly, i had surgery for a herniated disc many years ago and I'm always a bit apprehensive about loading. Now I know that this is what I need to improve my osteopenia.

I just started your series and love it. I have been looking for an osteo targeted exercise series for years and just found this through a recommendation. I have been combining 2 or 3 days worth of exercises at a time to get in 25-30 minutes of exercise each day. Thank you.

I recently started your program for osteoporosis. Im up to 7 weeks. I do all the week(1-7) exercises 3x week. Should i not do the previous ones and only the week Im on?

If you have the fitness level to do it, you may do several BHB weeks combined. Nothing wrong with that if you are able.
