People will not notice the difference in their shopping costs having that 5% (0.05 cents/$1.00) not charged. They don't check their bills when they leave the cashier now. And a lot of the items on that list are not essential foods, they are the center aisles with all the hyper processed crap. Healthy?

I like to think that I am receiving liberal followers tax dollars in the form of a gov't cheque. I then donate those liberal dollars to the conservative party. This way the liberal minded individuals do their part to promote the conservative gov't and I get 75% back which is just pledged back to the conservatives anyway. All Canadians will all end up paying for trudeau/Dogmeats generous GST cheque in the end anyway.
