No one wants to go cinema anymore. The seats are uncomfortable, you can't pause the film to go toilet, you can't eat dinner whilst watching it and people are too loud and annoying at cinemas I want my nice comfy sofa infront of my nice big tv. Cinemas were a thing because everyone had small low def tvs. Now we've got 60-100inch 4k tvs

It will be at the cinema (Universal Pictures) as well as streaming platforms. BEST of both worlds. Although I agree with the others, I prefer to stream it on my Apple TV to a big screen, comfy sofas, great friends round to watch and tasty dinner with steaming cups of coffee :)

I share the sentiment of disappointment of this not being in cinema. I can't defend the quality of the sequels, but I like the world of bridget no matter what. to be fair this looks like a streaming movie, but that doesn't mean I didn't want to see this in theaters. 🤗

yes, at the beginning of the third it was the funeral, but at the end it was revealed in newspaper that it was not dead...he was lost and left for dead, but later he was found. it was a blink and you missed kind of scene😅🤷🏽‍♂️

The films are all adapted from the Bridget Jones book series by Helen Fielding. Helen herself killed off Mark in the book which came out years ago back in 2013.

This is an adaptation of the book, because Bridget Jones was first written in a novel. Helen Fielding is the author and killed off Darcy in an accident. Her own father's death when she was 24 from an accident influenced it. Bridget dates a younger man in the book this film is based on.
