I’m Israeli and a great admirer of Tony Robbins, but this interview was a disappointment to me. The ideas of these gentlemen are very clear. That Gaza is a prison, that Israel is occupying the land… The reality is very different. I support coexistence with the Arab people, but I would like them to understand that you cannot leave a place where there is a government that has promised in its statutes to eliminate you and a people who want to work on your land, but on the other hand have voted for these terrorists by 70%, in complete freedom. Tony, dear, this is not the way to make peace… through lies, there will never be peace. There will only be more room for Islamic fundamentalism to keep killing more and more innocent Jews and Arabs in Israel. Mr. Israeli says he is not respected by the Palestinian side, while Mr. Palestinian is very respected. They argue that this is because Israeli society is less tolerant... But the truth is that these people are deeply anti-Israeli, and that's why they are loved by the Palestinians, because they agree with their anti-Israeli ideals. The arrest of the wife or the investigation occurs because the radical left groups to which they belong basically dedicated themselves to defending Hamas for its attack. Some even deny the facts and do worse things. If you are a university professor when you have 1,500 families crying over such a brutal attack, you should measure your words and not justify such cruel acts. They are painting everything very badly. It's a shame. Love you Tony and my respect

With all due respect sir, have you seen what has been going on? You can bring up all these "facts" but when you look at the reality who's had the upper hand all these years? Israelis. The majority that has been killed? The Palestinians. And you're trying to say that the Palestinians are anti Israeli?? That they're the anti semites? Could you show sympathy to someone who killed your mother, your brother or your child? All that's been happening is self defence. Rami so wants to believe that Bassam wants peace the way he does, but I don't hear the same thing. I believe that Bassam respects Rami, but when he talks about being occupied for 75 years, he is talking about the whole of Israel. So when Bassam uses the word peace, what does that mean? He doesn't make that clear at all. That Israelis should allow total integration, which would mean what? Westerners are going to think the state would be democratic with the separation of church and state. A little history. Jews lived in the province of Palestine (ruled by the Ottomans) when it was part of the Ottoman Empire right before it was split into various nation states, and Palestine was taken over by the British. Jews lived in other parts of the Ottoman Empire as well (and were kicked out of most of them from 1948 on not being allowed to take anything with them.) They were considered DHIMMIS or 2nd class citizens, who had to know their place. They had to pay special taxes, had other rules and were tolerated at will sometimes better sometimes worse. Have you heard of the Farhud in 1941 or the Massacre in Hebron in 1929? Why wouldn't that be the expectation of Palestinians, that Jews would once again be Dhimmis or that they would just kill them off as revenge? Why would we expect something different? Which neighboring states ARE democratic? Which WERE democratic in the past? When there were Arab Spring protests did they lead to changes in leadership or more rights? How are LBGTQ rights in all the surrounding Arab States? What happened during the recent civil war in Syria? How many people who opposed the leadership were killed? Peace has to be about both groups being able to rule themselves. Point me to a video where the Palestinians outwardly say they will live side by side and let Israel rule an Israeli state.
