THIS IS YOUR CHANCE TO SELL YOURSELF. Ensure that you’ve read the job description and answer it by highlighting those qualities they’re looking for and apply extra great qualities that show you will be efficient and excellent at the role.

Thank you for this!!! You have given me a little more of insight on what I need to do to do better in interviews. I've been very defeated with a lot of "sorry, we are going forward with other candidates". I think this video is going to be one of the things to have me feel better doing these interviews. Again, thank you.

Minimum wage jobs should humble themselves and shouldn't ask anything past availability. My daughter is trying to work at the burger joint around the corner, and this question came up. Why?

Thank you for making these videos. Your videos have helped me immensely, but I haven’t landed a job. Trust, it’s these companies tactics. Many companies already have the role filled, or they want someone Spanish speaking and no most companies don’t advertise this. It’s been a huge demand in the Chicago area and suburbs. But thank you! 😊

When interviewers outline the required answers in the question: Why should we hire you? what can be my best answer? For example, like everyone else, you have a passion for this job, everyone else has the skills and talents for this job, so why should be hire you?

Very good, engaging delivery, Brigette. The 'elevator pitches' examples are instances of storytelling. You tell the hiring team your 'story' (a success or successes that you had, and THEN demonstrate to them how what you learned can apply to their needs. (I use Five Magic Words when I run out of good stories) . . ""What Do You Need Most?"" Thank you.

Cause I can do ______ (make or save money, increase bottom line, tackle a set of tasks, put a valuable sized dent in knocking out a goal, etc. ) That & well, let's be honest, eating, covering bills & not ending up homeless well, is crazy important! Have YOU ever been homeless!? Yeah, it pretty much sucks. You spend hours of your day wandering place to place, getting harassed all the time, not having safe places to sleep, eat, store belongings etc. You waste time getting to feedings when there are long lines & no guarantees of a meal if you arrive late etc. You can't get a job or many other things without an address. You can't get any real rest for fear of someone discovering your camping space & yelling at you to leave or you'll be trespassed or worse.... And forget about availability of healthcare...trust me it's MORE expensive to live on the streets than to be housed. And housing & basic needs expenses are increasing everyday it seems. Peeps need decent paydays to offset these costs!

Hi Bridgette love watching your content. I’m connected to you on linked in as well.I’m trying to change my career to property management as an Assistant Property Manager in Florida. I’m LCAM certified and possess a lot of transferable skills as I’ve had experience in Office Management and administrative coordination. It’s been 7 months of job searching with no success as most of the job postings requires Spanish and English. I only speak English. Any suggestions?

❓Why ? By courier I sent a professionally wrapped gift box with a ribbon tab to my prospective employer. When pulled, thousands of dollars in very real looking money came out smoothly as pulled. A vellum card. Money I'll make for (the name of the organization). Name, phone number under it. Offer the next day. Started using it at 18, perfected and honed it for years. Once sent beautifully wrapped brass balls. Another, huge balls saying The Balls Of An Elephant. Have gotten every job I've ever wanted for my dollar. Female. 5'5". The balls of a brass monkey. My resume, the best ever produced.
