At first I was excited when I saw the side ramp. But then my excitement went away when I saw all of those steps. I thought at least the first floor would be great selling point for people with mobility issues. But that was quickly squashed with all those steps a disabled person would have to maneuver everyday.

Ok! I am more awake this time as I view this townhouse. Is that a sauna or hear lamp in that shower in the MLS bedroom? I find this a interesting layout with all the stairs. No balconies on theses $400.000.00 homes. Whew at that price, it better show up some whete if whete it was spent to make that townhome. Or is just the area? Anyway very nice tour. Thanks Max

Very nice townhome but if i was to buy this place i would ask them to keep the garage as is i would park on road to be honest yhat would totally he a bonus livingroom and also the two rooms thatbate downstairs i would turn those into bedrooms even thi that on is small that could fit a twin bed a dresser perfect space and the office space downstairs as well inwould turn into a room as well so feom a 3 bedroom one livingroom to a teo livingroom 5 bedroom home awsomness

The townhouse era is over for me. Don’t want to share walls. The rooms here are small. Especially that master, which should be big enough to have a seating area and that bathroom was not luxe enough. Also, if a home is true quality they “don’t” have those cheap looking wire shelving in the closets. A little detail some folks look for.
