What's crazy is i just left the Domincan republic, and they have these like on every street corner being sold. They are sold there for what is like a quarter here. So for little of nothing. Even in some back yards of the people who live there, you'll find many avacado trees. Mostly Everyone there eats this fruit daily, with their meals. And i noticed the people have beautiful skin complexion, are very energetic, and very social. Not to mention its other benefits. But even the older people, they were energized like a battery, considering their age. I think diet plays a big part in that. Mainly the high levels of potassium, and other vitamins in this fruit. So to me its like one big vitamin. Take this everday, and your body will thank you 30 years from now.

Been eating avocados all my life growing up in Hawaii. Don’t notice any of the ‘benefits’ only that I like ‘em! Try eating it right from the skin: use a spoon to separate the flesh from the shell. Cut it in several pieces, sprinkle with sugar or sweetener to taste and finally add soy sauce for a teriyaki flavor. The shell becomes a bowl to keep the soy sauce on the avocado. Wonderful!
