My sleep patterns have changed for sure. I do take some meds also. But usually I go to bed about midnight but back awake by 3 or 4 Am so I stay up and have breakfast at 8 or 8:30. I lay back down at 9:30 sleep till noon to make up the difference. Yes there are a few factors. I just recently started drinking regular coffee. I had to go to decaf years ago nerve issues. Then a few months ago I started mixing decaf w regular. Yum pretty good. My mistake is having coffee at night. Especially if I drink ice tea. Real problem then getting to sleep. So I do know what I need to do. I walk about every day. Drink water Eat pretty healthy. Stay away from red meat most of the time. I eat chicken or turkey. Anyway I don’t want to write a book here. Lol. Thank you for this channel. God bless you. Keep up the good work. Sincerely, Pastor Gloria.

I am desperately trying to find anything to explain the reason why my Mom is always saying she doesn't feel good! We have both gone through some pretty tragic losses the past few years and those included the loss of my younger sister and brother. But it's been 2 years almost since my brother passed and almost 8 years since my sister left us. And I chose this video because her giving up and not doing anything but sitting and lying down all the time and attitude towards me is about to cause me to leave. I'm even feeling bad lately. I know mine stems from depression and the stress of what's going on with my Mom. Her sarcasm and hatefulness towards me almost feels like she's blaming me for them leaving us? I try to do my best to do what I can, being 53 and disabled myself, to make her happy. Nothing I do seems to be enough. I see her and hear her talking so nicely to everyone but me! It's like she's making me want to leave her all alone! If I were to, she's got no one to care for her. And I am not leaving, but desperately want to find some kind of happiness for both of us. I listened to your video because we both keep waking up at weird hours of the early morning often! And anything and everything I think might help our situation I want to listen to! Thank you for your video and I'm going to try a few of your suggestions and also sent it to my Mom!

100% yes. I have a rare lung condition that causes me to wake at this time ever morning so I try to change my routine to make it easier and meditation helps. I sleep with music and take time for finding my way back to my ok place several times a day for stress is also a major factor mentally and physically. Awesome video. I have the yin yang tattoo as a reminder of the truth of my life and how to live in peace. I believe in that cultural sense. They do have many other ideas and practices that are useful to the western world. 💋jo

used to wake up around 2:30-2:50 am everynight before I was little, frustrated me because it was right before the witching hour, so before it became 3 I always tucked myself in my blanket and waited for the hour to go by, when it turned 3 everynight i felt tired but after 3, when I wanted to sleep, i couldn't so I'd just get up and end up eating breakfast at 4:30 in the morning, keep in mind I was only 11 back then.

Yes. Because superstitious nonsense has great healing powers. The results of which have been proven by empirical evidence. And because it's based on scientific facts. And further proof lies in the fact that Chinese medicine also uses the body parts of endangered animals to 'heal' it's ignorant victims. Get a grip.

Friends watching this video, please know that our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ wants you to relax in His healing, holy presence. Allow Jesus to transform you through time alone with Him. As your thoughts center more and more on The Lord, trust displaces fear and worry. Your mind is somewhat like a seesaw. As your trust in Jesus goes up, fear and worry automatically goes down. The time spent with your Creator and Savior not only increases your trust; it also helps you discern what is important and what is not. Energy and time are precious, limited entities. Therefore, you need to use them wisely, focusing on what is truly important. As you walk close to Jesus, saturating your mind with Scripture, He will show you how to spend your time and energy. The Word of God is a lamp to your feet; His presence is a Light for your path. Jesus knows everything about you and what is truly best for you. Precious ones, give your life to Jesus Christ right now by telling Jesus that you accept Him as your personal Lord and Savior and you want to worship Him for all eternity. It will truly be the greatest decision you will EVER make. ❤️❤️❤️ (Ephesians 5 : 15 - 16; NKJV; Psalm 119 : 105)

What might be the probable reason for concern if we are having bouts of sleep in the hours we are supposed to be awake? That's between 7am and 9 pm. Or The systemic /emotional issues that cause several episodes of low quality sleep extended through out these 24 hrs (but the required 6-7 hrs of sleep is covered as a whole)?
