@Dru him and Oli produce all the tracks together but Jordan usually takes the lead on the engineering/Pro Tools stuff. Dan Lancaster (and Zakk Cervini, more recently) mixes their songs. The differences between producer, mixing engineer, recording engineer, and mastering engineer are all important distinctions to make.

But for real, everything they have made since Jordan has been there is insanely good, idk how people cant look past the “its not heavy metal” vibe and just accept thats no matter what genre of music it is, its all been bangers and/or good sounding music.

Absolutely, there scope for different sounds is unmatched.
@scarux3 жыл бұрын
@@tytyrichards5364 Exactly! To mix up their genres and sounds for each song but still have that "Bring me vibe" is something I don't really see other bands do (at this level/quality), especially when the tracks are as good and different as they are in Post Human. Its bloody good stuff ;)

We're talking about people who dont understand art here. They dont understand that Oli, Jordan, Lee and gang are human, and musicians and artists at that! We change over time, we all do, or we should if need be and as time goes on. This is true for us all as humans but also for them as artists and all them haters who just skipped the recent albums because its not heavy enough just dont get it.

@@AbeTweakin Mate, I'm 42 and just discovered this band, they're fantastic. I knew of them for years but didn't really pay much attention to them because I naively put them in the same 'emo' genre of bands from the early 2010's but I was so wrong.

YES! I Loved the orchestral deep, bass of those heavy horns (trombone maybe?) in the instrumental background on "Why You Gotta kick me when I'm Down" They sound so gloom n doom, like someone is about to get they're ass kicked! I'm not sure, but I think that instrumental was somewhere on their experimental Album/EP "Music to, Go....To" or wtf ever it's long name is, which I personally liked. Another slept on masterpiece is "I Don't Know What to Say" God the amount of tears I've shed listening to that song alone makes it epic😭 Love Jordan. Oli n Jordan were meant to create these songs, the band destined to play them and we're blessed to hear them 😇So proud and happy of them🤘🏻
