Whether people like it or not, the undeniable thing is... Gacha systems make a s**t ton of money. I mean Hoyoverse with just two games (not counting Zenless yet cuz we don't fully have the figures yet, but that still made lots of money in just half a year), Genshin and Honkai, made between 4.9-5.6 BILLION dollars in 2023, and if we count Zenless, then we can confidently say that Hoyoverse made 6+ billion dollars in 2024. All this to say, there's lots of money in doing Gacha, I'm honestly just surprised Riot didn't start doing it much sooner, they're capitalizing on it, and it's fine. And I think League doing Gacha is overall better than just Gacha games doing Gacha, because at least with League they're not locking gameplay behind Gacha, just cosmetics. That said, I'm not forcing anyone to like Gacha, after all it's just a business model that works extremely well, makes a lot of money, and gives consumers the freedom to not engage with it if they don't like it😊

@@ricardomilos3872 Yes that was LeBlanc, but you're getting things mixed up. Mordekaiser killed the sorcerers who summoned him back from the dead in his armor, and turned them all into Nightfall. LeBlanc was part of Morde's close council during his second reign (and potentially his first, since it says at 2:44 "Mordekaiser called on his fallen soldiers, shadows of his past"). This group of people is NOT the sorcerers who summoned him back, it's just his close council. We already know that from Morde's lore, this is nothing new. tl:dr : from what we know, LB was never in danger of becoming part of Nightfall, except if Morde planned to betray his closest and best soldiers at some point.

Uh no, LeBlanc never "imprisoned" Mordekaiser. Thats the wrong word. He was killed, and it was Vladimir that killed him. LeBlanc only able to free herself from Mordekaiser's bind because she allied herself with Vladimir, who was the only one whose territory unconquered by Mordekaiser at his peak reign. Though, Mordekaiser can return back to mortal realm whenever he is ready. The problem LeBlanc now having is, Vladimir made his own cult and preparing to abandon Black Rose, so LeBlanc will be very very vulnerable to Mordekaiser's return. Vlad doesn't need to worry about Mordekaiser as much cuz Vlad have darkin power, that was how he able have his territory unconquored, he can ward off Mordekaiser away but LeBlanc can't.

But, it's also clearly stated in the short story "The Final Reign" that Mordekaiser let this happen deliberately, so he could return to Mithna Rachnun and gather the dead. He let it happen. Vlad and LB are scared both, because they know this, and both seek a way to solve this. They can't do nothing against Mordekaiser on their own.

Tbf, it can still become a champ at some point in the future. I mean look at Viego, he was an item for years before he became a champ, so I won't rule out Atakhan potentially becoming a playable champ in the future. Just like, at this point, I wouldn't rule out d**d characters from Runeterra's ancient history becoming playable champs, such as, for example, all the Jarvans, because after Arcane, we can now play as champs who are currently d**d in the lore (Jayce, Viktor, Ambessa, Warwick?, Heimerdinger?, Jinx?). So : 1) When he was alive Mordekaiser was basically Genghis Khan . 2) He controlled demons while he was living not just after his rebirth. 3) The panel in the lower right corner 3:03 makes it seem like LeBlanc might've been one of the original necromancers that revived Mordekaiser , or maybe an apprentice of them . 4) I think the Order of the Black Rose is just the original group of mages that served Mordekaiser taking revenge on him for what he has done to them(their fellow members) after his revival. Also correct me if I'm wrong but it's never stated that Sun-Uzal was born in the actual noxian lands, but that he conquered them , since he is asian presenting he may be from Ionia ( The First Lands , whose population is made of people resembling asians from the far east , to indian and south east asian cultures ) originally . Or the noxian lands present a very diverse group of people , and it's people are a mix of different groups of people that represent various warrior cultures throughout time in our real world. ( roman ,greek, mongolian , middle eastern , french , german , russian etc.)
