I’ve got the same unit with a different brand name. It was never used, but bought in 1980. It worked for a couple weeks then quit. Same capacitor leaked out one end. I just need to find a replacement.

Capacitors have the electrolytic material inside and that will go bad just from sitting and age. Do you need the large one or the small one, or would you just want to get both? I've got both in stock. If you need some, just send me an email at [e-mail] and we can discuss this more and get an address to ship them to.

Is the Bulldozer 4309A a "weedchopper" type fencer? I have one but am reluctant to use it if it's a weedchopper. I know of a couple of instances where a weedchopper fencer started a fire on a farmstead when it was shorted out in contact with dry vegetation or hay......

It's not a weed burner type. It's an old school solid state clicking type. Weed burner type units usually have a small round 3 prong or 4 prong plug in thing on the side or bottom of the case.

I'm not sure the exact one used in this model. Try a TYN1225, it might work but I'm not 100%

Lost one of the fuse holders were can I get a new one

I'm not sure where you're going to find an exact match because that's a 40-50 year old unit, but I have some fuse holders here I stock. You may have to make the hole in the case bigger, but it'll work. The fuse holder, fuse, and shipping to anywhere in the States would be $18. Does the unit you use to measure 5he voltage have any batteries?

No it doesn't. It's got some sort of transformer in it. I can get one and send it to you, they're $30 +/- for one.
