I am also an Israeli born woman of half Indian background, as my dad Rafael was born in Calcuta, India. So like Liora, I am also proud of my Indian heritage. Liora is a great singer. I don't know Hindi since it wasn't spoken at home{i.e. Israel}; also because my father left us and emigrated to USA later on. However, I always loved Indian music, movies and songs.

Every religion has many sects. and not all sects are good. e,g, in Christianity there is tiny small group which follows same holy book, but allows Many wife (12?) to any man. I heard that the Jews of India did not eat beef out of respect for the Hindus, how nice. I know of Hindu people whose children refer to their parents Jewish friends as though they were relatives. @@dhruvtyagi7351 Yes ! We have Hindu temples & Muslim mosques here. We have Indian programmed radio stations, Indian orchestras, Hindu & Muslim festivals & observances. Yesterday was a public holiday, Eid-ul-Fitr. There are even people from India & Pakistan living in Trinidad & Tobago. But our population is unique. We all live together, tolerating each other. There are no racial riots here.
