This 1992 GMC 1500 has been in my family my entire life. So it definitely has some special value to me. Leaving it for 2 years was definitely not intended. Fought the same issue on the wife’s K5 with TBI. Ended up being the EGR of all things. Unplugged the EGR and it ran great. Not saying that’s your issue, but might give it a try.
