Bradley is one of the few content creators that can keep my attention through a whole video. Most folks have me skipping around to the good stuff. I think it's a combination of his humble experimentation style and shows how nobody is perfect tied in with hilarious little quips even though we know the demand and long hours it takes to make these videos. This channel is a treasure.

He is by far the best BBQ content creator for back yard BBQ enthusiasts that also like to experiment with other ways of cooking. I love the summer kettle series. He makes me want to start a channel, but I'm not where near as creative or talented. These looked killer, and I must try them.

Finally used the foil boat method for our Thanksgiving Brisket. It turned out spectacular. Even though my rest was only about an hour it was still the star of the show. I cut about 1/3 of it into slices and tossed the burnt ends on my plate. Then went off to the next thing. by the time I circled back to cut more slices the entire 15 pound brisket was gone.
