I enjoyed watching your video. As for me, I’m very happy that a person of your quality appreciates my country. Five years is a long time but if you decide to stay even longer and continue to dig deeper and deeper, perhaps you’ll get more insights into the essence of Polishness. I don’t know if the book “Monte Cassino” by Melchior Wańkowicz has been translated into English, but if it has, it could help you understand what this unerasable Polishness that lives deep down in most Poles is all about. Dziękuję za uwagę : ) Have a great Sunday!

😂😂😂😂 Pozdrawiam i powodzenia. 👍👍👍👍❤❤

Though I could translate some of this with my knowledge…I did need the help of google translate still 😅 I completely agree that the U.K. has much to learn about Poland, I always do my best to present an honest viewpoint on the subjects I discover as I feel the world would benefit from knowing more about this proud and noble country 💪 Over time I want to show more and more of what there is to see, and as I explore more I want to present that in more interesting ways 😊

Great video, I have been offered a job in Bielsko-Biala. Good wage, English speaking company. Already own property, so rent is not so much of a problem, just the utility bills, tax and maintenance. My wife's hometown. The language is probably the biggest challenge. Try to pronounce "chicken wings" correctly.😂. I've only just subscribed so I've not seen any other videos yet, but I can highly recommend (if you've not already been), Zakopane. In the winter particularly. One of my favourite places I've ever been. That should certainly go on your travel list. Keep up the great videos, I will certainly be watching.

Interesting. I wish Poland was a country significant enough to have our own “AbroadInJapan” (look him up he’s a Brit too) I also like how you said polish women are nicer - could not possibly agree any more. When I was in the UK I’ve had a completely crazy encounter with a lady at a pub. She screamed at me because I told her she needs to calm down when she was shouting at her husband. Good thing I frankly give zero f**cks. Heh. You said you like video games. Which games do you like? Also regarding relationships you should look for people who graduated in a language field. English teachers, translators, etc etc. people interested in the English language (like me) are a far better fit for you given that you’re a foreigner. Anyway thanks for reading and subscribed. :)

Actually I dated an English teacher 😅 Games wise, generally open world rpgs like Fallout and Skyrim, though am more binging HBO and Disney channel lately 😂 Japan would be an awesome country to live in, though I’d say Poland has a very similar culture to the U.K. so it’s easier to integrate and have a good laugh with the people here, plus incredible history…hard to name another country that has gone through so much hardship in its lifetime and still comes out drinking beer and vodka 😜

Richard, maybe you'll be the first (?) foreign-born youtuber to visit the recently inaugurated Hall of Remembrance at the Cemetery of Warsaw Insurgents? (168 Wolska str.). I was there several days ago (one visit is not enough though, so I shall return), it shows the Warsaw Uprising from a perspective that differs from that of the Museum of the Warsaw Uprising. The latter focuses on the heroic struggle, the former - on the fate of the civilian population and the city itself. Surely you're the right person to present this place, with your deep approach to history. Btw, as your long-time follower I say that it's good to witness the nice development of your activity.

Congratulations on you vlog. Poland and the UK must have a lot in commom because I went to the UK for a 12-day tour last July and I felt at home, too. I loved the cities, little towns and villages, the architecture and the countryside, Devon cliffs, castles, people, even the weather was nice and the food (great fish&chips in the docks in Liverpool)! But the most "exotic" for me were terraced houses of different styles, bay windows, flowers everywhere and ... the transparent floating clouds. And the hit were PALM TREES, even in the North. Great country. Can't wait to visit again in the future.

@@britinpoland2392 Cornwall has been on my list for a long time, next are Seven Sisters, all along the south costline. And Scotland, its islands and the Northern Ireland, too. Need an extra life! I think there are people who do not have an idea what travel is. They compare and complain. Instead of immersing themselves in the culture of the place they are in. And of course it's different when you live and when you stay for a few days in a place. I love Spain and speak the language but tried to work there and it was a disaster. I gave up after 3 months.

@@britinpoland2392 You will find Warsaw specialties such as pyzy in Praga. There is a small bistro at the corner of Ząbkowska and Brzeska Streets. It's a neighborhood with the spirit of old Praga. The most famous dumplings were bought at the Różycki Bazaar. Today this place doesn't function practically. In Poznań you will eat Poznań style duck with steamed yeast dumplings and red cabbage, in Silesia you will eat beef roulade(rolada śląska z kluskami śląąskimi), in Krakow you will eat Krakow's Maczanka(Maczanka krakowska) in Podlasie, potato cake(babka ziemniaczana), etc. Before the next visit, I recommend getting acquainted with the regional specialties. There is a good channel by "Robert Makłowicz". He was a TV star (he passed away for political reasons), traveler, erudite, historian and food critic. His clips can be an inspiration for you.
