Mostly for T10s, I can talk a little about maybe some plans or drafts, or at least some guns, but that's it (with some notable Exceptions, like Yama, Shima, Daring etc.)

If you check out the Bismarck “back from the deep” camo , you will see rendering of where one of Rodney’s sixteen inch rifles hit a bullseye on the battle bridge of Bismarck . Want to see it for real watch James Cameron’s visit to Bismarck , it’s impressive.

I've seen Drachinifel's take on the data Cameron collected as well, it's quite fascinating. Especially that he agrees, more or less, with Okun that armouring the conning tower basically has no practical effect. www.combinedfleet.com/okun_biz.htm, if you're interested, goes very deep on metallurgy (I can't claim to 100% grasp all of it, but it's fascinating).

Yes, I'm seeing it happening quite a bit. I'd say every third game at this point has one or more AFK player in it. Not sure if it's a game / network issue, or people going AFK, but it's certainly noticeable. On the flipside, if we can pull a win with one or even two AFKs... ;)

Yeah on the NA it's pretty bad with that and lagging. It's been reported but They say there is no issue,but since last update it's been bad so something is up.

Rodney's guns doing more damage to herself than Bismark was able to is such a Royal Navy thing. British Ship 3D Printers go BRRRRR

Also storms doing more damage to her than german aircraft. Rodney had some fame for avoiding damaged, while Nelson was taking damage all the time, pretty much like Shōkaku and Zuikaku.

Nice video and the dzp player is really good in 2nd game nowadays i feel much love for HMS bbs as they are so unique however i like sniping with my IJN bb but British bb not bad either 😊

Since the British Battlecruisers I’ve been playing them probably 95% of the time but holy hell has Rodney shaken that up. My first match there was appropriately 3 opposing Bismarck’s and in the match I sank two Bismarck’s and had 7 citadels total. My second match was 4 citadels and 5 in third and 5 in fourth match. But 4 matches and 21 Citadels leans me to believe she’s gonna be a Citadel machine. And then the heal is beyond insane I love love the Rodney.

Yep, she's got all the weaknesses of Nelson - terrible AA, poor armour, low speed - but those guns are fun. And I found the secondaries to be quite scary as well, actually. Don't use them much on Nelson, since most DDs just die when I look at them, but they've got pretty good angles.

@@FunandGameswithTerry yes indeed the only thing that saddens me is the only battleship to ever actually torpedo a battleship and as usual war gaming omits the torpedoes. But she is one heck of a fun ship for sure

Rodney pushed herself to the limits in her career, always suffered from steering gear problems and her boilers wearing out, to the point she would end up as fast as a South Carolina. Long live the Rodnel. 3:34 Talking about 1942 variant, be prepared for when Scharnhorst '43 arrives. (She literally has no additions compared to the normal Scharn)

From what I've read, the British were trying really hard to stick to the treaty limits, and her construction suffered quite a bit from it. Scharnhorst '43? They better give her radar ...

I've got a piece of New Jersey's steel plate when it was on sale (small one, 2x2 inch or so), and a ballpen made of her deck teak planks. I'd love to see that ship in game as well.

I was considering to get Rodney but just a few hours earlier I one-shot an Akatsuki and Tashkent in the same match with my Nelson and won with the Last Hope medal. That's when I immediately decided nope I'm all set 😂

Nelson has the edge in HE, but Rodney's AP can slap really hard. I do miss the "one-shot DD" feature, but that's the balance. I'm quite happy with my Nelson as well, plus 19% fire chance...

@@FunandGameswithTerry Nelson is all about raining heavy fire. While Rodney seems like an armor crusher. Basically a Nelson that offers a different play style and survival tactics. Good ship though. I completely agree with you that instead of churning out imaginary ships and black ships it would be much better if they released actual sister ships which would provide a different play style. Just like Nelson and Rodney.

Blitz pass buy today and Rodney unlock after 😇 Very good ship, I have the Nelson, but this one, AP great, HE against DD same. One ship, with I think continue to play after the battles honor unlock. And one historical ship, always better than a paper ship without any histories. 😊

Yep, that was a fun one to review. I've already got Hood, Nelson and Scharnhorst to cover T7, plus a couple more - Ashitaka, I think I've got Kii as well, so I'm really not short on that tier :)
