Some fruit pastilles, jelly babies, maybe some rock candy? The one I had was often sold by the sea so it might not be there

I love aero bubble chocolate! I’m from Britain and it’s so nice seeing one of my fav food creators come over here! ( btw if you don’t like mint and chocolate aero bubble probably isn’t for you ). And if you go to Lidl there is a fresh bakery section with you can buy treats from! Then again I’ve honestly forgotten if you’ve made a vlog about that already 😅 you’re posting so much it’s hard to keep up! Anyways keep doing what you’re doing love your vlogs x

I prefer the American version; whoppers. There’s a definite difference in the taste of the “air bubbles” part of the chocolate. I wonder if one is with wheat and a different one with barley? Dunno. But I never really liked maltesers much as a kid.

Or wagon wheels are apparently British, but in my childhood they were actually American and we tried them because we had American neighbours and their kids used to go to school on an American base.

I would pick snacks that are not found in the States. The difference for most chocolates are they are not too sweet, but are creamy. I would definitely bring some biscuits from Mark and Spencer's, Toffee candies and old fashioned British sweets, Cadbury double decker bars, lion bar, crisps and other unique snacks or marmalades.

Yes !! it's a surprise to me that other ppl dont do this, in Filo culture if you have a member that's OFW or someone living out of the country, they always have "pasalubong" (gifts from someone who went out) even if they're your mom's friend who you barely know. It's such a thing that we have our own word for it "Balikbayan Box" "Balik" means return/go back "bayan" is country/nation
