I love aero bubble chocolate! I’m from Britain and it’s so nice seeing one of my fav food creators come over here! ( btw if you don’t like mint and chocolate aero bubble probably isn’t for you ). And if you go to Lidl there is a fresh bakery section with you can buy treats from! Then again I’ve honestly forgotten if you’ve made a vlog about that already 😅 you’re posting so much it’s hard to keep up! Anyways keep doing what you’re doing love your vlogs x

The Duplo are quite a recent addition to UK shelves. They are more common in Mainland Europe, like in Germany, I grew up on Ferrero Chocolate 😋

That's true Duplo is mainly a European chocolate that's mainly in Czech, Poland, Slovakia and so on it's cool seeing them in the UK now tho

I prefer the American version; whoppers. There’s a definite difference in the taste of the “air bubbles” part of the chocolate. I wonder if one is with wheat and a different one with barley? Dunno. But I never really liked maltesers much as a kid.

Omg!! I’m so envious of all of those sweets and snacks!!! I was born and raised in the UK and nothing compares (IMO) to English junk food!! I live in Florida now and luckily found a little British shop near me that has a lot of the delicious things I grew up with. I go every few months to stock up :). Much ❤️💙💜🖤

😱 same! went to japan in 2017 & 2018 with sis, bags were half full. when we came home it was full we each have backpacks & 2 hand carry. when you thought you've bought it all then got to the airport & all the good stuff was there 😅.

I remember buying tons of cadbury bars as gifts for my family and friends in the philippines when hubby and I took a vacation in New Zealand. Our luggage was soooo heavy coz of those chocolates. That's just the Filipino culture. "Pasalubong" is a must whenever one goes back from travel whether local or foreign.

Everything changes. Like walkers is I think American now cause it got taken over by an American company, but started out British. Or wagon wheels are apparently British, but in my childhood they were actually American and we tried them because we had American neighbours and their kids used to go to school on an American base.

I would pick snacks that are not found in the States. The difference for most chocolates are they are not too sweet, but are creamy. I would definitely bring some biscuits from Mark and Spencer's, Toffee candies and old fashioned British sweets, Cadbury double decker bars, lion bar, crisps and other unique snacks or marmalades.

Yes !! it's a surprise to me that other ppl dont do this, in Filo culture if you have a member that's OFW or someone living out of the country, they always have "pasalubong" (gifts from someone who went out) even if they're your mom's friend who you barely know. It's such a thing that we have our own word for it "Balikbayan Box" "Balik" means return/go back "bayan" is country/nation

Oh I've been there for rainest walks with maximum bags Dx terrible. Big supermarkets usually have a bus stop right next to them. Next time you could try checking how much closer that would get you to your place. Depending on if you're up for the walk, a single to your street can save your whole evening 🙏 rip ur past selves tho
