According to the Regulation of the Railways Act 1868, refusal to leave i. e loitering on a station without a valid reason is adjudged criminal trespass. The law states an officer can ask you to leave the premises of a railway station but in this case, the approach to Piccadilly Station was sold off and I had genuine reasons to be in and around that area. The officer was simply trying to move me on via intimidation but had no powers to actually do so.

photography in a public place is not illegal. so they had no right to see the guys i.d. or even ask his name. He has not committed any crime. H e should have asked Am I being detained if the pigs say no he is free to walk away at any time. The pigs are trying to take away both yours and my rights step by step. If you are in a public place you can film what you can see. The girl who said it is not right, has no right to privacy in a public place.
