Her 'you too' seems like he's been moved on and she perhaps anticipates a whole day of meeting interviewers who are strangers, strangers but who like this guy give her some respite from a downer of a team behind the scenes?

He said "tiden er ute," which means "time's up," as the journalist was only given 5 minutes with her. At 0:15, the journalist even mentioned that his time was running, urging her to start the interview.
