The thing that has irritated me for years is the whole relationship with Justin. He cheated too. He never defended her. He dragged her through the mud with the video AND now finding out he talked her into an abortion - he sounds like an a** h***. Not cool. He owes her way more than an apology.

The fact he cheated first and multiple times. He was sleeping with other women for pretty much their entire relationship, which was mocked in the media and was pretty well known story but one kiss cost her so much. I always thought Justin was a creep , the "cry me a river video" always a gross and sinister tone to it. He got away with his very calculated and disturbing explotation and takedown of Britney for far to long. I hope he gets boo'd everywhere he goes for just a little taste if what he did to her. It led into the lack of empathy she was shown during her lowest moments and he started that ball rolling and used the the chaos to ridicule her. I'm so happy this is finally out. I was 12 in 2008 when stuff got really bad and I found the handling of her struggle to be heartbreaking . I felt alone in that sentiment and people mocked me for defending her. I never agreed with the conservatorship and knew Britney wasn't ok from her comeback onwards, so not only as a fan , but just as a human being concerned for another , this was cathartic for me to see come to the light. The strength and fortitude of Britney Spears is now recognised. She's a survivor of the worst the industry and of the people in her life and the bravest woman the industry has ever seen. She's smiling like she used to again and that brings me so much joy ❤️
@sheenaaris9443

@rwlmcfarlane9343 That fact that he cheated and made it seem like she was the one to blame for destroying their relationship it's disgusting that he did that but to say he's selfish for not wanting a child at 19 is obsurd a child is a huge responsibility for the rest of that child's life if you are not mentally ready for that role you end up doing more harm than good why force something when you're not capable money alone doesn’t raise kids.

Certainly she comes from a broken family, where by succeeding, she becomes the breadwinner. I always believed that her relationship with JT and music were her joy and support. So when that relationship ended, everything started to go wrong for her. And now that we know more details, I confirm it. I sincerely believe that giving up her baby, is what broke her first, then the way the relationship with the father of her unborn baby ended and finally the way he exposed her in public for years. That was the begining of all her troubles and heartache. You may or may not agree with me, but that is my respectful opinion.

The thing is a lot of people are toxic. You need to choose the right ones and that is not a very easy thing to do when your family of origin consists of so many questionable people. Because out brain automatically goes after the familiar. If you look closely at all of those men that Britney is photographed with - non of them has a true kind look in their eyes. I grew up with a very kind male parental figure and in most cases I can tell if a guy is kind or not. Non of those men on those photos strike me as good kind people. I bet deep down they are all similar to her father and the vibe of her family in general. Britney needs therapy. As for her sister - yes she made her choice long ago. Now it's on her. Britney is the one that matters she suffered more than her sister. The sister would benefit from having some therapy too tho.

What I find bizarre about this is that Justin goes on a press circuit making Britney the villain in his broken heart story. The world flocked to him to for support in dealing with something that is encountered at grade school level. Britney on the other hand has to fight tooth and nail for her independence and her privacy which at its core are things needed to guarantee her safety. There’s something very wrong with that picture

@@a.mp.m7340 I saw the trailer for Trolls, but it didn't occur to me that it was his movie. As for an album, I meant his own, not a soundtrack. It's interesting that you say "recognize", as if he has been forgotten and needs to be remembered. There was/is an N'sync reunion or something, but I can't even remember what happened. How are you saying that's hater talk, then you say you can say the same thing about her? The last things I heard about him was him apologizing for the Janet debacle, and cheating on his wife with a co-star. Brit consistently stays in the spotlight: the Sam romance, the conservatorship, twirling everywhere, spoken about in Congress, the Hulu doc. I don't hate him, I've just always felt he was fake and insincere. Actually, she is on his mind, he turned off comments on his Insta. If you check their net worths, you will see, neither one needs the other to gain fame. There's talk about him writing a song about her, which he shouldn't do, especially if he thinks he's innocent. It will make him look childish, petty, and guilty. If I were him, I'd ignore all of it. I would not respond or acknowledge any of it at all.

I am so glad she wrote this book. Britney has every right to explain her side about all that Britney has gone through, especially since she was virtually kept a prisoner for years, prohibited from being able to speak her truth. As to Timberlake saying "theirs was an old relationship, better to just let it all go", I compare that to Amber Heard complaining at the start of her recent infamous trial about Johnny Depp, "He keeps dragging me into court!" - yes, because you, Amber, destroyed Depp's life. As did Timberlake, he pretty much destroyed Britney's life, or attempted to, to build his own. Imagine singing a song to her while playing his guitar as their baby was dying a slow death inside her tummy, while his 'girlfriend' (Britney) was in the bathtub 'dying' from both physical and emotional pain. There are places in H*ll for some people, and I believe there's a special spot for Mr T waiting for him. Again, sooo glad Britney has had the strength to relive her truly amazing life and share it with the world, a world that loves and adores her. She has stood up for herself like a 'modern' woman should. Decades ago a female starlet might have been kept silent, and been forced to just simply suffer in silence until the end of their life. Britney now has the opportunity for herself to 'let everything go' and become even more, even greater, than she once was, which was already pretty darn amazing!

Excuse me? Amber ruined Johnny Depp's life? Depp is one of the most powerful men in the world and that's despite his heavy addiction issues that started long before he met her and that he blamed on her anyway. Amber called Depp a baby for punching her and head butting her and expecting her to take it and then pretending he was her victim when after years she started to hit him back. He said he wanted to rape her dead body to be sure she was dead and people still feel sorry for him. He's a far more toxic version of Timberlake. And people have shunned Amber the same way they shun other beautiful women when the man cries a river over getting a small taste of a medicine he pretends he didn't dole out first.

I'm very happy that she's finally able to tell her own story, but I'm not going to lie and say that I'm not still worried. I think she needs serious psychological help, anyone in her position would. (I need it and I'm not Britney Freakin' Spears!) And I don't blame her for not trusting doctors because of what she's been through in the past, but I really wish she could find some kind of counselor that could help her. I follow her on IG and at least once a week I think, "That's concerning." And now she's completely alone. I don't think her husband was very good for her anyway, but she went from having zero privacy to being all by herself. Not that I really know what her day-to-day life is like, but it seems like she's just in that big house with her tiny dog and that's her whole life. I'm a loner, I would enjoy that, but I've also experienced trauma in my past and I have to talk to someone about it on a regular basis. I can't be alone with my own thoughts or I'll go insane. Even if it isn't a therapist, I hope Britney has a really good friend who is willing to listen to her and give her good advice. That would be a start. It's really sad that she can't lean on her mom for that. 😢
