I love this style of giving the benefits and breakdown of each part of your meal! Giving me more ideas for my meals! Being real and still showing that you treat yourself with cookies, and date night pizza and pretzels reminds us that we’re still human and deserve treats and foods that make the soul feel good.

I love how you show its Important to eat enough. I think something in the fitness community is this showing a small amount of calories consumed and working out. You did it the right way. Maybe doing a video of tracking the amount of Calories you eat in a day to normalize eating enough!

You seem to be the most down to earth influencer I’ve come across… not intimidating at all, not overly fake or anything. Thank you for being you 🥺 if you have any tips or tricks for me to bulk my legs I would love to hear! I’m a petite 5’5 107 pounds, and I workout regularly w weights and eat multiple meals a day. Its easy for me to have shredded abs, but I struggle to gain weight, so I’ve started drinking premier protein shakes, but maybe you have other alternatives as well? Thank you 🤍

hi! this is a great question! while he is still learning to speak we want him to be able to still communicate. Some kids learn “baby sign” which is helpful so they can communicate what they want while they are still developing their speech. 🤍 we teach him simple signs so we know how to help him while he’s still learning words! He’s learned so many already which is exciting! He’s not even 2 yet! :)
