I love your What I eat in a Day videos. They are always so helpful. This one in particular has really helped me get some ideas of what to eat not just for post workout but also as a dinner and lunch. These videos are my favorite because I always seem to run out of ideas of what to eat when going to the gym. You also showed us how you made it step by step with the ingredients. Cant wait to see more. I'm literally have your oatmeal for breakfast this morning before the gym lol Thanks girl for all your help!!=)

Ground Turkey with sweet potatoes is gooood! We add tomato paste, tomato sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic and dijon mustard to the ground turkey and it makes a "sloppy joe stuffed sweet potato". Super good.

What could help you save money on your chicken is in the beginning of the week cook all your chicken and put it in plastic bags and put that in the fridge! My mama does that for meal prep cause me and my dad are bulking so we eat a lot rn lol

You should make your own pesto! You can meal prep it and it lasts a week and is soooooo much better for you! The fresh lemon juice in pesto helps your body absorb the nutrients from the greens a lot more. I swear it takes less than 5 min in a ninja!

Sometimes when I cook chicken for dinner I make some extra to use for the next few days in sandwiches and salads. But it dosnt always happene so having a pack of chicken slices dose save me when I'm short on time great tip.

You should look into get a ninja foodie grill if you guys don’t have one already. Makes cooking any protein sooo quick easy and good every single time. Best thing Ever. Best thing for when you have no time to cook

I make a sandwich similar to your sandwich but I add prosciutto, bacon, or smoked salmon depending on my mood! Also, pretzel crisps are 🔥 I love them with roasted red pepper hummus!

I don’t have them often! They can help someone get closer to a protein goal if needed. I prefer to eat Whole Food sources for protein over shakes but have them every once in a while!

I highly highly recommend Daniel Half-Human by David Chotjewitz . It is a superb historical fiction about hitler youth written by a German author. It is about a boy and his best friend, the one boy finds out he is half-Jewish.
