I travel a lot… and bathrooms are different in other countries. Down in South America public toilets are kind of rare, and almost all of them are pay toilets with an attendant outside. You pay your money and if going #2 you ask for toilet paper… they seriously only give you like 4 sheets. And it’s the cheapest 1 ply paper ever. And another thing… you’re not supposed to flush your paper… but instead put it in the small trash can next to the toilet. So you can imagine the smell. Just some of the joys of traveling.

I don’t use a cover.. but I do get wet paper towels with soap on them and dry ones in the other hand and I wash the toilet seat before I sit down. Or I grab the hand sanitizer out of my backpack and use on the seat and surrounding area. Those ass gaskets don’t work lol. Flush the toilet and it whips toilet water on your bum 😂

I thought I would be stuck woth a dolup of soap and theyvonly had an air dryer and not even anything to WIPE it off my hands... I did get the faucet to turn on. But geez... yeah. Not to mention that, so long as the restroom gets cleaned regularly, a plastic toilet seat is more sanitary than those paper covers. If the seat is visibly dirty, then of course clean it or put paper down, but on a visibly clean seat? The paper around the toilet is actually more of a bacteria breeding ground than the seat.

oh... I wish the public bathrooms here had that Gorilla-sized toilet paper. Oh no, they wanted to go environment friendly so ours has this thing where you pull 1 piece of paper out every time, just like he ends the sketch with, except ours isn't automated. So if you need to go number 2 and you sit there, you are pulling out lots of those, 1 at a time, it's super annoying. and yeah, the bathroom has the fosse with a sensor, same with the soap thing, but then this big blower thing to dry your hands with, because, environment friendly.
