Cops do not have powers they only have authority and they can only use that authority when they find a person in crime or that person has the exact same authority as the cops. Only the court has power which comes from the people and not the government in the form of a jury. The magistrates court is not a real court and has no real judge/s. The magistrates themselves have no understanding of the law and the sentences come from the clerk of the court - how can that be lawful? I know for a fact that the magistrates are generally clueless because my sister is one.

i go out as often as i can to places in london that i haven't visited really, and although i've been through brixton often, and even went to a party there a while ago, it was only a couple of weeks ago i went taking photos and it's a really buzzing place to visit, i've been twice now and i will go again cos it's a photographers dream really.
